3. Purchasing Credits
Credits purchased on Pixostock allow you to download images for personal or commercial use (as outlined in the section below). Credits never expire, with the following exceptions:
- If Pixostock Images Ltd. ceases operations and discontinues its business, all credits will be voided, and user accounts will be deleted. In such an event, no reimbursement for unused credits will be provided.
- If your account is found to have violated any terms and conditions, including abuse of the system, Pixostock Images Ltd. reserves the right to delete your account and any unused credits without reimbursement.
4. Usage of Purchased Images
When you purchase an image from Pixostock, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the image for any purpose, including personal and commercial projects. However, reselling images or distributing them as stock or assets for third parties is strictly prohibited.
Pixostock Images Ltd. retains all intellectual property rights to the images sold. Customers are not allowed to claim ownership of the image content, but they are free to use the images as outlined above.
5. Termination and Account Deletion
Pixostock Images Ltd. reserves the right to terminate accounts and delete credits under certain circumstances:
- Accounts found to be abusing the system or violating these terms will be terminated, and unused credits will be deleted without reimbursement.
- If Pixostock Images Ltd. ceases operations, all accounts will be deleted, and unused credits will be void without reimbursement.
6. Privacy and Data Storage
Pixostock Images Ltd. values your privacy. All customer information, including payment details and personal data, is securely stored on Shopify’s systems. By using Pixostock, you agree that your data is subject to Shopify’s terms and privacy policies, which you can find on their website.
Pixostock Images Ltd. does not store payment information directly; all transactions are securely processed through Shopify.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Pixostock, including images, text, and branding, is the intellectual property of Pixostock Images Ltd. No content may be copied, redistributed, or used in any manner not expressly authorized by these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Pixostock Images Ltd. and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services provided, including loss of revenue, data, or goodwill.
9. Refund Policy
All purchases of credits are final. No refunds will be provided for purchased credits, except in situations where a technical issue on Pixostock’s side prevents access to the credits. If such an issue arises, please contact us for support.
10. Prohibited Uses
Pixostock Images Ltd. prohibits the use of its images in certain circumstances, including:
- Use of images in illegal, defamatory, or fraudulent contexts.
- Use of images in a manner that could harm the reputation of Pixostock Images Ltd. or the original creators.
- Use of images in connection with sensitive subjects (such as political endorsements, adult content, etc.), unless the image’s context naturally supports such use.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
Pixostock may provide links to external websites and services for convenience. Pixostock Images Ltd. is not responsible for the availability or content of third-party sites and does not endorse or assume responsibility for any services or products offered by them. Third-party services, including payment processing, are subject to their own terms and conditions.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pixostock Images Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising out of your use of Pixostock, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
13. Force Majeure
